Intentional ranching. Exceptional beef.
When beef is raised right, the quality is unmistakable. We hold ourselves to the highest ranching and farming practices. The results speak for themselves.

GREAT BEEF STARTS FROM THE GROUND UP
We know exceptional beef starts with what our cattle are fed. That’s why we farm our own feed—grown without pesticides, herbicides, or GMOs.
We focus on healthy soil and natural balance to ensure clean, consistent nutrition from the ground up and avoid unnecessary chemical residues to maintain a natural diet for our cattle.

For our customers, this means beef raised with fewer inputs and greater care, resulting in a product you can feel good about serving to your family. It’s a more thoughtful approach that prioritizes purity, transparency, and peace of mind from pasture to plate.
BUILT ON TRUE GENETICS
We take great care in selecting registered Wagyu genetics known for consistency, soundness, and exceptional quality.
By working with verified bloodlines and breeding with intention, we ensure that our cattle are naturally predisposed to tenderness, rich flavor, and deep marbling.

It’s a disciplined approach to genetics that allows quality to be built in from the very beginning—not added later.

The term “American Wagyu” is used loosely in today’s market, often applied to cattle without verified lineage. We do things differently. Our cattle come from registered Wagyu genetics, backed by documented bloodlines and intentional breeding practices. That distinction matters—because true Wagyu genetics are what deliver the marbling, consistency, and culinary experience the name is known for.
For us, it’s not a label - it’s a standard we uphold from the start.

PROVEN NUTRIENTS
Raised with Care, Measured with Precision
We don’t just raise beef—we measure its quality from every angle. Our beef has been tested for nutrient density to ensure it delivers not only exceptional flavor but also real nutritional value.
These tests give us—and our customers—confidence that every cut is rich in essential vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats, reflecting the care we put into our cattle, their feed, and the land they graze.
