At Mountain States Cattle, we raise American Wagyu the right way—free-grazing cattle finished on our own homegrown feed, allowing rich flavor and exceptional marbling to develop naturally.

With proven American Wagyu genetics and carefully managed nutrition, we produce beef that’s tender, flavorful, and honest. No growth hormones. No antibiotics. Just responsibly raised cattle and high-quality beef you can feel good about feeding your family.

We set out to raise beef that reflects our values: healthy, sustainable, and uncompromising in quality. Now, we to share that beef with you—straight from our pastures to your plate.

Depending on your location, we will either deliver your package or ship it to you. We deliver twice a month to St. George, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and the surrounding areas. We ship out every Monday and Tuesday. You will receive an email with additional details.
